The Third Annual Texas Community Music Festival might possibilbly have been the best one ever, as music lovers crowded both Central Market North AND Scholz Garten to hear some of the best performances staged in Austin that week.

The festival was hosted by the Austin Civic Wind Ensemble, Austin's oldest community band.
